Swarmers emerge from mature colonies on humid Apr–Jul evenings. Large numbers indoors usually mean a colony nearby or inside — book an inspection promptly.
Barrier treatment or baiting — which do I need?
Barriers and bait systems work differently. Baits are designed to be carried back by feeding workers; suitability depends on species, activity and site conditions. We explain the method and its limitations after inspection.
Does a quiet period mean termites are gone?
A quiet period does not confirm that termite activity has ended. Activity can remain inside timber or walls; an inspection of mud tubes and affected materials gives a firmer basis for deciding what to do.
How do I choose a termite company in Hong Kong?
Hong Kong doesn't license pest control operators, so quality has to be verified yourself.
