Can I just put down rat poison?
Loose poison is dangerous for children and pets, and rodents that die in wall voids create odour problems. We use locked, trackable stations.
Why does proofing matter so much?
Without sealing entry points, new rodents replace the ones removed. A mouse can pass through a coin-sized gap — proofing is what makes it permanent.
How long until it's resolved?
Activity usually drops sharply within 1–2 weeks; we re-visit until signs read zero.
