This notice explains how Averta Limited handles service-enquiry information you provide through this form, WhatsApp or telephone.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, contact number, district, service needed, property type, preferred timing and the problem details you provide to answer your enquiry, assess your needs, follow up on quotations and arrange the services you request. Preferred timing is not a confirmed appointment. Please do not include identity-card numbers, payment details or unnecessary health information in an initial enquiry.
Providing information is voluntary
You choose whether to provide information. The form's required fields let us contact you and understand your enquiry; without them the form cannot be submitted, but you may contact us by WhatsApp or telephone instead. Property type and preferred timing both offer a Not sure option.
Who handles the information
Averta Limited's enquiry handlers and the website-hosting, email and office-system providers helping us operate the website, deliver and store enquiries process information for these purposes. If you use WhatsApp, that platform's own privacy terms also apply.
Referrals need separate permission
If we cannot take the job and you want an introduction to an independent Hong Kong pest-control or mould-removal company, we will first confirm the recipient, purpose, details to be shared and whether we receive a referral fee. We will not disclose your enquiry to that company before obtaining separate permission. You may decline. An enquiry does not opt you into that company's future promotions. An independent provider confirms its own quotation, contract and service terms.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information should be kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, related service records and applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for referral-related sharing and follow-up at any time. Before transfer, we will stop it. After transfer, we will notify the recipient to stop the relevant follow-up and handle your data request; we cannot undo a disclosure that has already occurred. Deletion requests are subject to any continuing record-keeping requirements.
