Why do I keep getting cockroaches?
Usually three things: food residue and water access, unsealed drains and gaps, and spread from neighbouring units. We address all three.
Gel bait or spray?
Bait is carried back to wipe out the colony, odour-free and low-impact; sprays clear visible harbourages fast. We typically combine both.
Will I still see roaches after treatment?
For a week or two you may see slow, dying ones emerge — that's the bait working. Numbers should then drop to zero; follow-up is free within warranty.
